In an attempt  to deflect the news Purple Bricks offer all the same services as High Street Agents she hands down a valuable family heirloom,  she then tries to pass off the earings she is wearing as another heirloom which her daughter reminds her she had given to her after her daughter realises she could have saved thousands in commission.
